The “Robust Building System”, is a unique approved, durable, time saving and cost-effective building method to build sustainable structures that can withstand ‘forces of nature’ such as earthquakes, tornados, hurricanes, cyclones, floods, fires and termites.

Additional Internal Living Space

Although the Robust walls are more durable and has higher performance values than other walling systems, it is still thinner and thus creates additional internal living space in all types of buildings. 

Structural

The Robust Building System is a reinforced walling system that can be applied structurally by merely adjusting the wall thickness and steel and mortar requirements. This allows the system to be used as loadbearing walls.

Permanent Shutter/Formwork

Robust wall panels create a backdrop for mortar to be mechanically applied. It creates an in-situ environment to build reinforced structural walls without having to use expensive shuttering or formwork.

Reduced Transport

Due to the system being lightweight and highly compact in its raw core form, 9,500m2 of wall core panels (34tons) fits onto a super link truck, equivalent to 86 BNG/RDP 40m2 houses.  

Greener - Low in Emission

Effective Transport leads to a huge reduction in Carbon emission and costs. Robust requires only 14% of transport in comparison with that of brick delivery statistics. 86% less in emission of fossil fuels.
