Tooling Requirement for the
Robust Building System

It is the assumption that contractors embarking on converting to the Robust Building System are well versed and familiar with conventional building and construction methods. Therefore, such companies will already have acquired all equipment to construct with. In addition, the following setup equipment is required to assist in assembling and erecting the Robust Building System Walls.

The Robust Mortar Pump is a Wet Mortar pump that can deliver a wet mix application of 1:5 @ 3m³/hour.
The pump consists of a peristaltic pump, generator, compressor, delivery hose and nozzle and a road going trailer.

a Vertical Binding Jig is required in the assembly of wall panels. The Vertical Binding Jig allows for wall panels up to 3,2m high and 6m wide.
It consists of 16 items that can easily be assembled and disassembled for ease of transport.

The Support Arm is a jig to secure and keep wall panels upright and in place during the erection process.
A support arm consists of 3 pieces - A Top Arm Cap, Support Arm and Floor Securing Bracket. Approximately 1 arm is required for every 4 lineal meters of wall.
